@Chris T.That is my understanding as well but was hoping that someone could definitively say this is what is needed. 

Those short-term loans can definitely create a lot of uncertainty in today’s market, especially with rising interest rates.

I would say that it is definitely NOT impossible to find positive cash flow property in Australia, but it is not easy.  

I can’t call myself an investor yet but I’m definitely very interested in joining the real estate investor market.

BRRR can definitely seem like a beast at first, but once you get rolling, it’s a game-changer.

But the value it provides is definitely worth it.
