If the cabins you build are cookie cutter, non-mountain view cabins then there would be some risks there in my opinion.  

Are they coming back to me with solutions that help me achieve what I'm looking for, or are they just trying to pigeonhole me into some cookie-cutter solution and basically saying that if I'm to get a loan with them, this is the box I need to fit in? 

They don't send me Christmas cookies or volunteer to come trim the undergrowth that resulted from their short-shifting on mowing and edging.

@Michael Cook I was there too but got there a little late and had to leave early too.

Now a conventional investor would say this is probably way too much cash to lay out - the things here which are personally important to me are a low-risk area (fully come up), a desirable neighborhood to live in, and a unique building that isn't cookie cutter chicago 2 flat with tiny bedrooms.  

I find those condos and houses inside the Camelback developments downright ugly, along with being cookie-cutter.

Is this as easy as getting a cookie cutter Michigan rental lease agreement?  

Only issue with anything in cook is the evictions.

Socialists out of control would sell parts of the machine to buy cookies for the workers - and leave the workers without a working machine tomorrow.
