If you are purchasing your own home (primary residence), you will be paying your mortgage interest out of after tax dollars and thereis a compelling argument to make a larger down payment (if possible) and avoid the mortgage insurance (CMHC or Genworth).

And truth is - most your leads will come from paid search, not SEO, so you could be called the PurplePuppyHomeBuyers.com and it wouldn't matter as long as the page is legit with great copy, imagery, and a clear and compelling call to action.

I think the small units near the urban core are doing better (my last summer turns went up 12-15% in just one year) but nicer larger properties are not seeing the same percentage (5-8%) but the actual amounts of increase are of course larger.
