Not sure if banks are starting to let back in "Piggy Back" loans (The craze during the run up where people were getting in with nothing down by taking out an 80% 1st and a 20% 2nd/HELOC) where you didn't need any, or very little, money at closing.

There were a few other issues with her as well, all stemming from her not being a rule-follower.Regarding the child staying there, that is different than someone 18 and over staying there I would think; a child can't establish residency or take over possession.

Let me explain -In January I had a freak gym accident - I've never been a gym goer but with the advent of my 2nd child I decided it was time to get healthy for my family, I was 315 pounds and really over weight so over the last 8 months I've lost 82 pounds but that's a story for another time.
