I'm currently exploring real estate investments, which led me to discover Bigger Pockets.I'm new here and just exploring to get a sense of things.

My previous comment was "flagged" by bigger pockets as they think I was trying to sell you something for free, anyway.

But a long driveway doesn't help if cars are blocked in by other cars when renters need them to go to work.

If you want to lend long term debt, you don’t want to compete and be the cheapest on the block (that’s a race to the bottom), you want to lend on stuff that nobody else (or a select few) will lend on and charge a premium for it.
