DSCR recently came popular in the loan brokerage and private credit space with the rise of STRs and MTRs.Your local bank lenders will have the best rates typically.  

Look for a market that is growing in population and jobs so that you can get in the way of obvious appreciation.

I still consider land one of the best low-risk investments when purchased correctly.

Plus moving to your house will allow you to take advantage of the best loan programs!

As mentioned before, Travelers even has a hotline if you are a current carrier that you can call, they will look at your policy and tell you if you think you should file a claim.
