I've noticed here that houses will sit for a long time at $55k-$60k and then drop to about $35k as there is a vacuum in the middle; owner occupants can't finance and investors won't pay those prices.I second listening to Lisa's podcast.

I've made the call that I will toss a buddy (who is an HVAC tech) some cash to come solder in all reefer lines and vacuum them. 

It is an unregulated company offering a "shiny dream" to drivers just like those "sell knives" or "sell $1000 vacuum cleaners" and live in a mansion. 

Get a frickin' vacuum and steam it if you want it cleaner than clean.

Also, he's complaining about them using the vacuum cleaner every morning around the same time. 

There is an Airline pilot I like to follow he does really good content.

Airlines learned their lesson and finally put a stop to the nonsense but HUD has yet to figure it out. 

The only exception I would make to not providing common consumables is I would ensure a supply of cleaning equipment  (brooms, mops,  (old) commercial grade vacuum cleaner, etc.)   

I'm on a ton of travel pages and between airline woes and AIRBNB woes, this pretty much fills the pages now.
