Business account has been trimmed to just stuff related to realestate, investing, or IT (my regretful day job).

Luckily, my problem was solved on the first try, by trimming nearby trees, TRAPPING the critters and re-locating them far, far away and blocking the points of entry.  

Some things still needed finishing like small trim bits.

All of the interior surfaces (drywall, flooring, most trim, lower cabinets etc.) need to be removed, the house needs to be dried, everything needs to be sprayed to kill any mold, and surfaces need to be replaced.

Summer has made it tough but I have pretty much trimmed all the fat I could without going full-blown hermit mode and not enjoying myself.

Still waiting to hear back from him, but his work will include: repairing a few sections of roof, reshingling one side of the mansard roof, metal capping all window trim, replacing a few broken window sashes, getting screens made for all windows, routing gutters to the appropriate drains.Progress has been slow because I only get a few hours in a few days per week after my school day.
