Squirrel Nightmare

Couple months ago a tenant on third floor of a 6 unit apartment building complained about squirrels. Tried to take care of the problem ourselves with no luck. Cut down all trees around the property. They still were getting in. Called pest professionals and they came in to seal holes and install a one way door that later was removed. Squirrels chewed new holes. Called the pest company again. They sealed those holes. Had to call them again! And then again! Now second and third floor tenants are hearing the squirrels in the walls and are becoming very unhappy about it. My property is turning into a block of swiss cheese! How do we stop this? Anyone else dealt with this?
