To get buyers from your social media accounts to be more interested in a property you are listing I would study the dos and don’ts of posting on Instagram and Facebook.

What I mean by that is you can market yourself as a realtor in many ways - Ex - if you meet someone in line at the grocery store - mention it and give them your card, wear a T-shirt that has your logo on it, talk to friends/family and let them know that you're trying to get listings, create an Instagram account to post your listings once you get them, go to networking events, etc. 

Instagram and FB have a tremendous amount of untapped potential because of the traffic they receive.

I also advertise and post on Instagram although not very often.

The only ways I can find them right now is by using:- Google Alerts- Fire Department Instagram - Local crime alert websitesI tried to ask the fire department, but the fire fighters had no idea. 

I am not sure how socially active you are on media platforms such as instagram, facebook, etc but I have found tenants through joining  groups like "Name of the university  Housing/Roommate Search" groups catered to university students or local housing/roommate shares group where its more catered to family/working professionals.

I created a business Facebook and Instagram account and my broker put me in a bunch of local news papers.
