He could certainly get the job done, but I'm wondering if I could use real estate accountant for my properties, and keep the same accountant for business and personal.

It really depends on the structure of the deal and the policies of the bank financing the transaction.In your deal, it sounds like you would be assigning your contract to the end user for a fee.

None of these have motorized deadbolts - they simply unlocked the deadbolt and the user has to turn a lever to retract the bolt.
