It's funny you should mention this...Last year I had several parent/ child adult occupants fill out an application where the child (mid 20's or so) had an impecable fico and the parents FICO was wrecked.

Thankfully, I don't need a lot of money to start out, but I would have significant child care costs if I was doing this full time, thus hard to afford a 100% commission job if I wasn't getting paid for long periods of time.
