A person can put some rudimentary furniture in there and maybe a tv, a microwave and a portable toilet. 

A few things we are planning on doing is having their own TV in each room, two common seating areas (one on each side of kitchen to dine in), and we have outside space on the side of the home for pets, quiet time, and a pool outside to spend time outside.

I walked into a glass sliding door which was cool and entered into a studio apartment basically. 40+ inch TV was mounted and swung out towards the bed which was super nice.

I think @Brandon Turner and @Ali Boone & I are going to start the EPIC (as seen on TV) CAP RATE THREAD!  

Google “virtual bookkeeper” or “offshore bookkeeper” - you should be able to find someone for $4-$10/hr who knows this stuff better than everyone on this thread & would be extremely grateful to acquire extra work from “rich americans” so they can afford to feed their kids.I use offshore VAs extensively for things like this & much more to operate my STRs to free me up for things such as leisure activities & growing my wealth by buying new properties.P.s.

I take ALL the TV shows with a HUGE grain of salt... they have some things/aspect to pay attention to.... like current designs and trends.... but its TV.

Most folks use vacation rentals to watch some TV and sleep. 

Baseball cards, technology (TV, cameras, etc).

But I throw in wifi, smart tv, grills and an atmosphere like Hugh Hefner's mansion.The other 1% of my renters usually ask me "why are there naked women all over the place?"

From my experience, I've seen investors absolutely killing it from SEO, PPC, Direct Mail, Txt, RVM, Cold Callers, Door knocking, Bandit Signs, even TV & Radio.
