Overcrowding in Multiple Room Homes for MTR
Do people have any experience renting out several rooms in the same place to traveling nurses/professionals and find out that it is undesirable? I have a 7br 3ba home that I could rent out to travelers, but I assume that having more then 4 different travelers might be a turn off to travelers. Has anyone encountered this and/or have advice for me?
A few things we are planning on doing is having their own TV in each room, two common seating areas (one on each side of kitchen to dine in), and we have outside space on the side of the home for pets, quiet time, and a pool outside to spend time outside. Other things I think might play a part is that I'm in SoCal, so I would assume traveling professionals would prefer to spend more of their leisure time exploring so many things that are close to us, so hopefully not always dealing with 7 people in the house. Edit: The bedrooms are quite large, averaging like 12'x15'
TIA
