Most people get into MTRs with the intention of renting to traveling medical professionals but they’re only a small sliver of the MTR market.

However I hear investors needing work done about every day in my real estate travels.

I was a travel nurse for 6 months in WS and really want to get into doing some midterm rentals there.

My location strategy was being close to train transportation to capitalize on the large commuter base traveling into NYC.

And some prohibit travel trailers/RV in certain zoning, that's what causes people to store their RV at min-storage places.There is a lot of publicity for Tiny Houses with various TV shows on several channels, but municipal zoning often lacks the latest fad.

Stand at the point of water evidence and look up, 45degrees in any direction, that’s your starting, gravity based points of entry and travel.

I recently purchased a duplex about 5 minutes away from where I currently live.My goal for the duplex is to furnish and rent to travel nurses/workers as it is very close to a large hospital that is expanding in the near future.

I try to get traveling nurses in the winter but only limited luck.
