As the financial and paperwork parts of the program are the same for the landlord in both programs, the VA support is clearly the difference maker in the program. 

Thanks for the support, I have stockpiled hundreds of e-books full of wealth of information and have to agree that school is great but I have learned more than a semester or two's worth of knowledge in the last two weeks from researching these areas myself.

Most businesses I know dont buy retail, the quality of materials and support is substantially better than retail box stores or on line marketers.
