Actually, Marshal Swift is an appraisal guide that every investor should own and subscribe to, IMO, at least starting off...or know an appraiser that you can call and ask what a higher quality stone fireplace is worth.If you go to enough open hosues and watch the market, you'll get an idea of values.

Given the fact that -- of the 60,000 BiggerPockets subscribers -- not one has yet stood up to praise a course they've taken, it's probably safe to say that there aren't a whole lot of great courses.

I beleive insurance should be purchased for protecting loved ones from left over debt, income replacement and estate planning and certain asepects of business, but dont subscribe to teh standard dogma that life insurance is nothing more than death insurance.

Each auction lasts about 1-2 minutes and the verbage is tough to keep up with if you are not accustomed to it.Also, one auctioneer may refer to properties by their physical address and another auctioneer may refer to the properties by their legal description.I did subscribe to the Roddy's services and I did like them.
