My targeted area is great for individuals seeking weekend getaway always up north, water sports, but also a huge ski town.

Huge sports town, lots of pubs, people love to say they are from Boston, and most will pay a premium to be there.

This is a contact sport so the more folks we can connect with, the better our business will do!

Below I describe a difficult tenant.I have one sports bar tenant who is kind of a jerk, untimely with payments even before the pandemic.

But it says large venues such as restaurants, places of worship and sports venues "can operate under strict physical distancing protocols".If there is no evidence of a resurgence of the coronavirus, phase two allows non-essential travel to resume. 

What happens to the scholarship students etc if sports doesn’t return to normal.  

Real estate is a team sport too so make sure you know what team members you need to compliment your skill set.Good luck!
