I believe branch managers at the bank still get paid even with rates are low or zero, as management doesn't stop because of the cycle.I respect your opinion, and you may be correct on a few of your points.

This is true even if you set up a business and establish a track record. 

Above all, if you decide to remain in Boston for the next several months but decide on Atlanta as an investment market, you should ideally visit the respective markets several times before making a purchase.

Tech companies are continuously moving here and establishing a footprint in Columbus as well.

They're very well established so I feel pretty comfortable with the sponsor and their track record.

Now I have tenants that respect their neighbors,  so no smoking of whatever can be inhaled. 

I always try to treat people I meet with respect even if they are just getting started.

I also believe the income used for purposes of establishing my short terms gain tax rate is calculated as my income + the capital gains amount (also deemed to be income), which will push me up into another tax bracket.C.
