You will also be limited in what you can say and how you can approach a person who is already represented by an agent.

If the borrower will have seven to ten financed properties, the mortgage loan must have a minimum representative credit score of 720; all other standard eligibility policies apply.There are plenty of banks and lenders out there that will follow Fannie exactly so you shouldn't have an issue going up to ten investment properties.

So I am a commercial broker, but a friend has called (I am the only person they know in RE) and wants me to represent him as a buyer for a condo.

We represent dozens of companies and most will not cover a rented condo unit on the Condo form of the Homeowners policy. 

Does anybody have any recommendation for a Buyers agent who could help represent me?    

I googled and something is mentioned aboutReturning  (Lesee) Non Employee in relation to like cars =LIt dawned on me gosh now are 'wholesalers' now representings properties for rent as 3rd parties or something, too?! 

A city representative told me that the property may be "grandfathered" for short-term rentals (less than 3 months) since their records indicate that the previous owners did things on a month-to-month basis.
