One thing I'm trying to understand before doing my first raw land development - subdivision deal is at what point in the process are you first allowed to sell the lots.

I'm actually looking at raw land as an option for the first time ever!

I moved into the area about six years ago but from what I can tell, its mainly a disparity in how the area is developed from raw land.

When I moved up to Big Sky a few months ago I was struck by the raw natural beauty of this place and I want a piece of Big Sky to call mine forever.

I am trying to get the fixed costs to sell bare land for 115K in Placer County California. Owned outright for two months. Had personal issues right after buying so need to sell it fast even though we'll pay ordinary...
