@Chris Boyd Area is ehhh C-class, schools rankings are 2's and 3's, land is worth 7k according to the county in 2015, not close to any schools... just close to big highway, 20 min from downtown Houston, no malls, mom and pop stores and restaurants all around.

For my own investments, I went through and ranked the top hundred sites and then did deep analysis of the top 25 by interviewing the people involved, other investors who use them, looking at their legal documents, etc.

I'm not sure how detailed of information you're looking for regarding schools but a good resource at a high level is http://www.greatschools.org/school-district-boundaries-map/ It ranks schools (elementary, middle and high school) and you can see the school district boundaries to identify down to the street or address which school a particular property would attend.

@Chris K.This is one of the reasons of power of attorney in Germany mostly given to family members so they can handle everything if one person is not able to handle his stuff due to illness or something other like death... even after death this person this person has the ability to handle the will of the person who gave power of attorney And of course we have this for going business an owner of a company mainly give a limited power of attorney to a high ranking employee so the company can be run in his absence I made an appointment with the lawyer to avoid missunderstandings I just dont understand why for exsame a se of a property has to be notarized even though power of attorney was granted
