Has there been any mention of a lessening the 750 hour threshold for qualification as Real Estate Professional?

They're all asking me the same question: Will a mortgage forbearance either A) affect my credit score or B) impact my qualification for a loan in the future? 

The CARE Act Loan of 2.5 times monthly income won’t come close to carrying my expenses with zero income, and it’s impossible for me to meet the qualifications for it to become a grant, because our Governor will not allow us to open in time. 

Yes, I am not talking about the "normal" rules for section 8 qualification of property or tenants.Yes, this is an emergency but it can be set up to be run online with very little effort.This would run parallel to the current section 8 program.You would only have people qualified for a few months while they are unemployed.

I, for one, am sick and tired of these opinions (and folks, let's be honest -- that's all they are offering here.  75+ hours of qualification to offer you their opinion on what they think your property is worth.)

There are minimal qualifications.

They gave me a pre-qualification for $120k loan, 5% down, 3.75% interest rate with NO PMI.

What are your qualification standards?

Qualification is not as easy and there are frequently strings attached.  

So, if you have had a bad experience, I would suggest re-visiting your own qualification criteria, including your interview questions and how your verify their answers."
