But I don't think there's anything wrong in providing context or clarity to a poor review.

I suspect poor communication was a reason that such a low percentage of people who paid $300 atrended (in San Diego I attended the STR workshop and room was full - this syndication workshop we sat around one table).I have heard Codie present and she is as good as you indicate but not an RE person. one of her lines is something like there are a lot of millionaire RE investors but not a lot of billionaire RE investors and I want to be a billionaire.  

If you make the membership of this entity the members of the other 2 LLCs then you've also probably simplified and defined decision making power as well. 

It wasn't the messiest thing I've seen, but still required clean up on my end which the clients weren't happy about at all.The third client is a self employed hair dresser and she compained of poor communication, inability to understand what they wanted form her and complete confusion over their payroll directions.For the price paid, I'd say the results were mediocre at best.

Relative to the past 15 years, it is a poor time to buy residential buy and hold.  

An official background check and personal referrals can help you identify red flags unrelated to finances, such as poor tenant behavior or previous criminal activity.

The decision would be based on the income situation, so I'm not worried about violating fair housing laws.Lesson learned...

@Manthan Patel Whether to use a property management company is truly a personal decision, so it comes down to you and how much you value your time, how much you want to be involved, etc.
