I’ll take less money, work for my investors in empty houses, play my music and just work with no distractions. just like my wife is so much more productive working from home now rather than an office which is constant distractions.

As you are the one who will get stuck with it when the music stops, it needs to be paid and charged to the tenant to avoid a massive bill in the end.
