On buy side, buyers are far more demanding and with it much more time spent and input's done with a much slower volume and slower pace to closed deals.

Thanks for all the input, it's invaluable.

I am unsure that I would bother in less tenant friendly areas but suspect I would as the tenant typically has less resentment when they choose not to renew the lease than having LL not renew the lease.
