Not sure I agree with that title, especially after all the 'gurus' seem to get bashed on BP just because they provide a service/education to people for money.

It's unfortunate that many of us getting lured into buying these educational programs.

I spent 20 years or so in corporate America so I am comfortable with the idea that you can’t know everything so you have get as educated as possible and move forward from there.Yes investing for cash flow/ flipping makes the most sense I am guessing.

Check out the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association, gareia dot com, for local networking and education. 

Inexpensive and you have access to education resources and the best part is networking with other broker/owners in the facebook group where you can really accelerate learning.

They believe formal education is a waste of time but watching YouTube infomercials put together by a real estate marketing company out of Salt Lake City will make them rich8.
