Another catch is you have to live with them this is so the students can be immersed in English so they can better learn it.

I have been immersed in MF education since August - in all seriousness, not a single day of not learning or practicing.

I am using the immersion approach to reacquaint myself with the business and the current local market.

Therefore, I would not be able to fully serve a client's interests  better than an agent who is immersed in the specific market daily.

After about 8 months of immersing myself in REI books, podcasts, and of course the BP collective wisdom, I found my first rental property deal.

@Jimmy PresnellI definitely agree with @Natalie Kolodij as that being a great way to immerse yourself in the market and establish a presence. 

Your next step is to immerse yourself in your education and either buy a property or invest in a syndication.If I had to do it all over again, I would have focused on financial freedom.
