Hello Winners!

I an a new member to BP.   I am not new to  Real Estate Investing, although I have been away from it (except from some buy and hold properties) for the last several years. 

I am using the immersion approach to reacquaint myself with the business and the current local market. BP has already proven to be a great resource and I am looking for to contributing to our collective community as well!

My current focus is on wholesaling in the local market which I have done successfully in the past.
