Buying appliances depends at the type of house it is, a really nice house I buy new top of the line.A house in a C to D area buy used or new cheaper line.Stoves last a long time I work on mine in a limited compacity, with Fridge’s the ice maker goes out.I only hook ice makers in a top of the line house because of possible leaks, service calls.I second buying new at Lowes.
