Health care benefits, keep funding your 401k, use their phone, fax and copier when you can!

I had intentions to keep the house, but due to health condition I am unable to work and am on disability.

If your going to rent it even worse you renter will not be happy living above what seems like a toxic chemical dump. they ll call the health department and boy your troubles are just starting now you don't want them finding a hazardous wasteland under the house get in there now while its easy to access plus it will just build up and you ll have rats the size of small dogs under your house and it can cause foundation problems. your better of not selling this problem to someone else you may end up in court if they see chemicals they ll know you knew about it sometimes(most times) there is no shortcut you ll have to rework your budget to accept this.

So, I try to stay productive cause one day I won't have the strength or maybe the health to do labor.

When I get to the point where I want to do real estate full time and leave my FT job, do any of you have contacts for real estate groups who buy health/life/dental insurance as a group and, thus, get their small business/personal insurances more cheaply than if they bought as individuals?

It matters in context to the lines of code and how long since the last release.So, other than hitting a milestone what else can we tell about the health of the BP community?

My situation is essentially I've had to liquidate much of my $ to assist a family member out of a major bind with their health (bless the medical system <rolls>) and that has put me into debt in a big way and my income barely covers my base expenses (not counting other necessities...gas... food.. etc).

Also, they value health insurance which most of them pay through the nose for.

Should the people running for the board be told about these threats so they can remove their names if they want?

This loser has called me several times with numerous threats, but I have an unlisted phone number and I never tell anyone my address.
