I'm New From Northern California

I'm new to this forum. I was wondering if there's anywhere on this forum I can post a real estate situation. I basically have a home in Las Vegas (2 years old) newly built in 2005 that I need someone to take over the mortgage. I would quitclaim it to you and you could make the payments and refinance in one year. I had intentions to keep the house, but due to health condition I am unable to work and am on disability. The mortgage payments and HOA payments are current. I had a tenant in the property from October 2006 until a couple of weeks ago.
