I am free pretty much every Saturday and Sunday, but sometimes will have to work an 8 hour day o a Saturday which I get off at 2:30PM those days.Many people are going to think I am an idiot for posting this, but I have no friends in the area and most of my free time is either spent reading about REI, going to the gym (an excessive amount), or sleeping in on the weekends since I don't do anything so it is just wasted time.

Not to mention that they have gyms, pools, meeting rooms, and many other amenities that a condo can't offer unless it's charging over $500/month in HOAs.

Great audio for when you're preparing your breakfast, going to the gym, or doing more than an hour of driving. 

At that point his roommate ratted on him and told us that's where the complaining tenant always threw his sweaty gym clothes.

It's pretty much a studio apt down there and I don't use it for anything other than a small gym tucked behind the utility systems and laundry area.

Plus enough sweat equity that I might as well cancel my gym membership.

Just like the gym, it's all about reps.
