Mainly, the systems implemented are fascinating (VA, automated offers, etc.)

Take advantage of the fact that the bottom hasn't yet fallen out of this "Florida land rush" current fascination with multifamilies and apartment complexes, and SELL them! 

If it's a B/A area, it's a science, and you can be really picky and stringent-- IMO the C/D you need to really look at the story they're telling, and see if it makes sense.
