Hi everyone, my name is Ryan and I'm semi-new to real estate investing and am new to Bigger Pockets. I have been listening to the podcast for a while but this is my first time jumping on the site. 

I'm looking to invest in Houston and/or Bryan College Station area. 

I am looking for advice, guidance, and any other resources to help me along my journey.
