I currently work as Technical Arts Director for a local church.

Currently I'm Research Director at INFONAVIT, a tripartite (government, unions and chambers) Worker's Housing Fund.

They were on the Board of Directors with a property management company handling day-to-day operations of the condo association.

There is a community center next door to me and during a discussion with the director, he said to me that if I ever want to sell that the center is very interested in purchasing. 

I am retired Army and former multi-site Security Management Director experienced in many facets of facilities management and operations. 

Planning on the market moving in one direct or another from where it is now in a specific time frame is predicting the future.

What sorts of regulations/licensing do I (acting as Chairman of the Board of Directors and chief property manager simultaneously) need to be knowledgeable of during the founding and operation of said organization?

This role launched my role as OTR Director of Development for 3CDC(Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation) helping to create over 100 housing units and 20,000 square feet of commercial space in the newly formed Gateway Quarter.

I have received info from the town code enforcement director that I could split the middle lot - Parcel 2 - down the center - and then sell one of the two remaining lots as a buildable lot.
