I live in a town of about 100k people here in Dothan, AL, so STRs aren’t the most popping market.

First, I think self-doubt and fear keep most people from trying something new or investing in real estate.

Hope I can connect with experienced and new investors, lenders, real state agents and property managers. 

Think of it as not just selling a house, but selling potential.First, let’s talk marketing—you need to get the right people looking at this property.

There is an incredible amount of points to consider when weighing the options on something like this and honestly, I don't recommend it to very many people at all ....even seasoned tradesmen and investors.

Its hard to find deals unless you are connected, advertise a lot, cold call a lot, knock a lot, and/or work very hard at it. 

Without a doubt many people are still crushing it because they have a strong network and build great systems over time doing the same thing over and over again aka FOCUS!

There are a lot of really good people in the Memphis real estate community, and plenty of people will help.
