Especially in the Medical Center area you can find great deals ($100-$110k) that command higher rents ($1,000+ per month), BUT when you factor in the HOA fees which are often several hundred dollars per month, the numbers don't look good.

The prices of property that are right inside North Conway can become expensive, but if you look at surrounding towns (such as Intervale) you will find cheaper properties than can command substantial rents.

I also thought, and it proved to be correct, that once fixed and cleaned up with bright new paint, older rental houses would command about the same rents as equivalent sized newer houses.Good luck.Fixer Jay DeCima
