Walking distance to a beautiful church.

We have great credit, no bankruptcies, and no debt, but are switching careers (from church ministry to full time REI) after 25 years, so we obviously don't have the typical "proof of where monthly loan payments are coming from".

Post it on facebook, talk about it at the gym, tell your church friends, bring it up in the office, etc.

BUTI get calls from churches and halfway houses all the time trying to place tenants on disability with very, very low incomes and I tell them 'no' because I want tenants that can be successful.

So to answer your question, it may be good for churches, and other service based organizations to try and play more of a role in this topic.

Does yours have windows facing any undesirable things like a cemetery or close to a Church where you'll get ringing church bells every Sunday morning?

For instance, I work with a lot of investors but I'm also  active with my church and other social organizations.

We went to church together years ago, know a lot of the same people, have same eye for detail and care for quality work.

We could travel, and neither of us would have to work and we could raise our kids and volunteer at church, and help people who need it.
