Asset based lenders in Idaho

Hi all! We're looking for an asset based lender in Idaho. We have great credit, no bankruptcies, and no debt, but are switching careers (from church ministry to full time REI) after 25 years, so we obviously don't have the typical "proof of where monthly loan payments are coming from". (Sorry, I'm sure there's a smarter term for that!) We'd like to secure an asset based mortgage on our primary residence (in the Twin Falls area), which would enable us to flip with all cash. Any recommendations? Thanks!
