I do enjoy doing tile backsplashes though and when the fresh granite comes.

New counters, sink and backsplash and those cabinets will look great!

I like how the kitchen cabinets and back splash are laid out with that there.

Tenants are estatic with tile counters and $3 backsplash, inexpensive laminate and newish appliances All of my rentals are 2%-3% and up

I like it because when it came time to getting backsplash for one of my kitchens, I fell in love with a really expensive tile set.  

Our markets may be different but I say maybe change the knobs and go with stainless steel appliances plus update the backsplash.
