The way it currently is, is awkward and so I am going to have to get creative to make it look good. 

It's a little awkward to use and you need to know where to use cover panels (for visible cabinet exteriors), etc, but they also have a design service.

I agree with the psychology part helping on reading people and understanding how they work, but I too have social anxiety and can sometimes be a bit awkward when dealing with people.

I start laughing and then we started talking about other funny/weird/awkward situations that have happened over the years in real estate investing. 

I have condo in OKC, there are many many people with awkward requests, between jobs, between relationships, etc.

For instance, if the garage is on one side of the house, and all other bedrooms are on the other side of the house, that could make for an awkward floorplan...similarly, if the bathroom(s) are on the other side of the house, and the person occupying the garage BR has to walk through the kitchen, living room, etc. to get to a bathroom, that could be awkward...

This is my first post and I just wanted to ask, although I have a good idea of the answer, and so I feel a bit awkward for asking, but is it smart to use an HML to purchase 2 fam+storefront property?

Recent tenant eviction, although they are rare in my world, they do occur once in a while, this one was like no other one before, tenants of (3) years, stopped paying the rent, we had to evict the tenant, the tenant moved out and took:ToiletsVanitiesFurnace (yes, they disconnected the gas line and the dedicated electrical circuit)Hot Water Tank (yes, they capped the water lines ( so, thank you for not flooding my home))Kitchen Cabinets (Including the kitchen sink .... hahaha)Kitchen AppliancesAside from the regular move-out items and small repairs, this was new to me, they did not really vandalize the home, but they stripped it, which is kind of awkward, I thought about making an insurance claim, but now I am thinking just pay to replace the items and move on, the time, effort, money, and delay will outweigh I think the potential for the home going back on-line and getting back to cash flow positive.Thoughts and ideas welcome. 

That seems awkward.

Plus, it would be awkward if an unknowing spouse got a divorce-oriented flyer in the mail based on his spouse's till-then-secret consultation w/ a divorce attorney.
