Often "shared driveways" just means that the asphalt is paved straight over the property line; in reality, if one were to drop a fence straight down the line and pave 5 feet over on their side they'd have their own driveway.

K&T wiring also used open junctions in walls and ceilings - if done properly the connections were twisted, soldered and sleeved (in loom and/or asphalt tape), but were frequently just twisted and taped allowing them to loose over time with continued expansion and contraction.3) Houses were wired with as few as 3-4 circuits for the entire house ... kitchen may have its own circuit, but there is a good chance all the bedrooms are on one ... or the entire second floor in a 2-story house.

I would be interested to know what specific kitchen and bathroom improvements add the best value.Some of the improvement ideas I have now on these two properties are:- Paying about 1k more to redo the driveway in concreate instead of asphalt.

When you compare parking options, isn't the comparison of a carport (multi), vs a garage, less attractive to the potential tenant...and more expensive to fix...since you need to repair/replace all the carports that are attached at the same time (roof for example) at a higher cost per sq ft (metal vs asphalt/fiberglass)?
