Should I use a google voice account/number, burner phone, etc?

There was no panic in his voice, or mine.All I'm saying is just continue to do what they're doing, and assume they have 5000 sf of floor ready for the next properties they buy when needed.

Losses all around.This isn't some academic exercise or dream sequence in a movie; these are real dollars at stake. 

However I do know of states where that is enforceable, I don't see those first two clauses being enforceable anywhere.A voice of reason.  

If he is not willing to listen to the voices of experience  then he has more to worry about than a single property purchase.

I've considered Google Voice but was wondering if that even sounds professional.

My contractor in on-site and they will not call me, seems as this is a company is from India by the voices in the videos.  

We have tried being reasonable and kind with this young couple, yet at every turn they have proven deceptive, disingenuous, troublesome, and ultimately quite intransigent and arrogant when we finally voiced our concerns.
