@Garrett Sowle Good Morning I currently live in the south-west Philadelphia its a lot of properties that are being rehabbed in the area so I was looking there West Philadelphia and some areas of Wynnefield.

All zip codes have some weak areas and some good areas.

I was driving the neighborhood this morning and came away with the same conclusion.

I was listening to ep 302 this morning and Brandon said something interesting about 2 bedrooms having high turn over in his market, so he always looks for ways to turn them into 3s for better long term investment with less headaches.

Something about improving my community just makes me excited to wake up in the morning and makes me feel like I'm doing something great for others and my community.

Great learning opportunities and mine actually has free classes with seasoned investors Tuesday's mornings; perhaps yours have something similar.

The morning rush hour always flows into Washington DC and living in these areas would be the opposite commute heading to Amazons proposed location for H2.
