I spread out my investment over a ton of properties and you can do it as a non accredited investor, but if you make a good income realize that you will be taxed at your income bracket so you might want to think about physical real estate instead.

I’m from Massachusetts and have been looking to get into real estate for years, now seems like a great time since my knee isn’t gonna allow me to do the physical labor job I have had for the last 8 years.

Also, for those that like to closely supervise, it may seem daunting ensuring legal claims don't develop against you when you can't physically check on the property yourself.

Is your tool going to be able to physically call the assessor to find out what taxes are owed and how is your tool going to account for the timing adjustments of billing periods for taxes?

Post close they want to either rent a space within the building to an entity that my client has an equity interest in but will not be physically present or to sell the building to that entity.  

I do know that his house has a FMV worth more than the note as I have physically been inside.
