Many of these platforms integrate directly with QuickBooks Online, which I use for my clients.

I recently started my own STR management company and I'm thinking about starting a referral partner program for real estate agents.

Using simple numbers, assume I want to purchase a $100,000 property using crypto as collateral:- I pay the closing costs with cash- I put down 10% down payment with cash ($10,000) - I utilize a crypto mortgage for the remaining 90% ($90,000) This way, I still keep my crypto and I have a property, both of which may accrue in value over the long-term.

My main job is running my investment holding company, so I'm familiar with public and private market investments but new to RE. 

In my seven years of investing, I’ve only partnered with my wife and my father and have no plans to change that any time soon. 

FYI, my cleaners charge $330 to clean my 4 bed/3.5 bath beach house. 

Additionally, I have a great relationship with my lender and secured favorable terms on my current loan.
