If you join a broker like Keller Williams or BH&G Metro Brokers who have good education programs, in addition to you being a motivated self-starter, you should do just fine.I live in Atlanta, and experience the rat race that Joel Owens talks about.

I've read in several places online that Keller Williams are the most investor friendly group.

If you look up one of the large national brokerages such as Keller Williams or Century 21 for example, you may find 70 or more agents at a single office. 

By far, I would start with The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller.  

I might recommend the book Millionaire Real Estate Agent by Gary Keller (the man behind Keller-Williams Realty, so he definitely knows what he's talking about), and I wish you the best of luck!
