You may be able to sign up with a firm and do remote, ad-hoc work as needed or when you have time. 

I have seen these pathetic signs in neglected, rundown Airbnbs with 5-star ratings that say something lame like, "Airbnb has made it increasingly difficult for us to earn a living and anything less that a 5-star review is a bad review.

If they signed together as joint tenants, they are joint and severly liable for the tenancy obligations.

Long story short I signed a Buyer's Agent agreement with an agent who we had purchased through (they were listing agent on one we bought) and liked.

Some areas may still be good to invest in even with global uncertainty.Interest Rates – Try to get a good mortgage rate now, as waiting for rates to drop could be risky.Cash Flow – If the rental income covers your costs and gives a profit, it's a good sign to buy.Long-Term Thinking – Real estate tends to grow in value over time, even if there are short-term changes.Rather than holding off, look for deals that make sense for your goals now.

We use Innago which allows my tenants to sign leases, send rent, and fill out applications for free. 

If we are unable to provide that value, then LPs won't sign up and/or will cancel their accounts with us.

So, I ended up increasing there rent from 950 to 1100... contract signed, took effect 10/1 .. section 8 already paid a portion of it $1050, she owes remaing $50... anyway.. after they signed the contract a week later they sent me an email giving 60 day notice and are planning on moving out 12/1   ughhh
