Than this will allow for me less money down so i am able to buy more properties and after the 7th or 8th property he is getting $500/mo EVERY month even in the snow storm.

There was over foot or so of snow on the roof, so the roof couldn't be completed, and getting a roll off to remove the debris also posed to be a challenge considering the area around the property.
